Shannon found her way to yoga in 2007 during a season of change, seeking steadiness and discovering so much more. As a mother and distance runner, she learned that endurance and ease are two sides of the same truth. Both ask us to stay present. Yoga is where she can return to stillness, where movement becomes meditation and breath becomes both anchor and guide. Shanon is often joined on my runs by my Golden Retriever, who reminds her daily that play is sacred, and that joy is its own grounding practice. Drawing from over a decade of teaching in studios, private settings, and community programs, Shannon's classes live in that space: between
strength and surrender, stillness and stride, presence and possibility.
