PRICING + AMENITIES

BASE FEE

$357

  • THREE HOUR EVENT MINIMUM

Priced as $119/hr with a three hour minimum. A cleaning fee of $150 is required. Additional cleaning may be required for events that include food and beverage.

Furniture Rentals:

72″ rectangle / $14ea

34″ square card table / $12ea

24″ round top / $10ea

Chairs / $1.75ea

Tablecloths available @ $10/each

Add Ons:

Any hours booked after midnight $200/hour premium

Complimentary Amenities:

The studio includes 10 bar stools and two ottomans.
The lobby includes a love seat couch, table, and five metal chairs.

We are open to walk you through Tuesday – Thursday 1:00 – 5:00p Friday 1:00 – 4:15p

If these times don’t work for you, just reach out to us via and we will coordinate a time.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your date and time.
