Relax while listening to soft music and receive Reiki and Channeled Light Healing energy work. This channeling of life force energy is typically practiced with hands hovering up to 3 feet over the body. Light touch, crystals and tuning forks may be placed on the body as well. Various cleansing/healing instruments may be played over the body during this ritual. End the session bathed in sound vibrations from the crystal singing bowls. Slowly re-enter your surroundings with a cup of tea and reflection with tarot and journaling.
