Join Tanya for an hour of sound immersion designed to downshift the nervous system and restore internal order. A deep rest where the body recalibrates and the mind quiets without effort.
Dress in your comfiest clothes and bring whatever props you'd like to help your relaxation journey.

Christy is known at YAM for creating immersive, intuitive sound experiences using crystal bowls and layered frequencies. Her sessions allow the body to soften while the mind unwinds, creating space for integration, restoration, and energetic alignment.

Amy brings years of experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine and a thoughtful, precise approach to acupuncture. In this workshop setting, she blends classical point selection with the intention of supporting balance, nervous system regulation, and whole-body wellness.

Her work is gentle, intentional, and accessible — even if this is your first acupuncture experience.
